Frank Phillips College is proud to announce the opening of the new Tyler Street Student Living Facility. This facility will house students with strong academic goals, first generation, under prepared and low income. This facility will strive to offer an environment focused on promoting academic success with opportunities to create learning communities.

Facility Goals:
- Provide an atmosphere conducive to academic achievement
- Open 12 months a year
- Provide separate study rooms
- Internet connection for residents.

Criteria For Residents:
- Complete a housing application
- File a financial aid application
- Demonstrate strong academic aspirations
- Complete interview process
- Must be pursing degree or certificate
- Degree plan must be on file

Frank Phillips College offers the opportunity for all full time students to apply for a FPC Access Housing Waiver for any semester in which they are enrolled full time at Frank Phillips College.
