Frank Phillips College Lady Plainsmen Softball is under the direction of head coach Lucas Grider. Assistant Coach is Taylor Jones.
 
The Lady Plainsmen include #2 Giselle Maciel, Sophomore, C/MI/OF, from Lockhart, TX; #3 Mia Garza, Freshman, OF, from Harlingen, TX; #4 Michelle Cewe, Freshman, P, from Germany; #6 Sabrina Branch, Sophomore, P/1B, from Grand Prairie, TX; #7 Lexi Chaves, Freshman, C/CI, from Lockney, TX; #8 Payten Nortman, Freshman, P/OF, from Pilot Point, TX; #10 Tori Fuller, Freshman, MI, from Winnsboro, TX; #11 Brittaney Davis, Sophomore, C/CI, Wichita Falls, TX; and #12 Kasi Galvan-Lucio, Freshman, C/CI, from Houston, TX.

Home games are held at Plainsmen Field in the City of Borger's Johnson Park area. The field has been totally renovated and the Lady Plainsmen locker room is currently being refurbished.
 
The FPC Softball team is active in the community, promoting the sport of softball and Frank Phillips College. Some of the activities include working with Habitat for Humanity, ringing bells for the Salvation Army, and volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House.
