The purpose of this orientation is to inform the contractor employee of general safety rules, regulations, practices, and principles associated with the oilfield contract maintenance/service industry, as well as, re-informing and updating the experienced employee.  This course will qualify as an OSHA mandated orientation.  This course is the course that is taught at all of the ETC locations. You can find the authorized ETC training locations listed at the bottom of this page.  This is an 8-hour class. The following subjects are covered in this class.
