Who Can Enroll?
Frank Phillips College makes it easy to take the next steps toward your future with an open-door policy that encourages all students to explore all the options available.
You are eligible for admission if you are:

  • A high school graduate, home-school graduate, or GED recipient.
  • A current high school student who has completed the sophomore year or a home-schooled student who has reached 16 and is academically prepared for college-level instruction

Prospective students who do not meet any of the eligibility categories listed here should contact the Admissions and Records Office director to discuss criteria for exceptional admissions standards that may apply.
Additional requirements may apply:

  • Non-high school graduates over 18 are required to submit an individual approval form to the Admissions and Records Office for approval. (The form must be approved by the Campus Dean of Instruction.)
  • Students from outside the United States have additional requirements and should contact the International Student Office
Current high school juniors and seniors must consult their high school guidance counselor before enrolling in FPC. Consult the Concurrent/Dual Credit program for details.
