Transcripts

A transcript lists your courses, grades and grade point average (GPA). Grades are recorded the fourth business day after the session ends. You may request to have your transcript held until grades are posted.

Turnaround times & fees

Requests are honored as quickly as possible in the order of application. During peak periods such as registration and the end of a semester, transcript processing may take additional time.

Online Request
Login to the student portal to request Offical Transcript online.

In-person request
Official transcript will be processed while you wait.

Fax request
Official transcript will be processed and mailed within two business days.

Mail request
Official transcript will be processed and mailed within two to four business days.

Requesting an official transcript

In Person
Go to the Office of Educational Services, CLC-22 (Classroom Learning Complex) and complete a Transcript Release Form. Please bring a photo ID.

Note: Individuals other than the student can order or pick up transcripts only with written permission from the student. The written authorization MUST be dated, name the person specifically that will be picking up the transcript, include the last four of the student’s SSN, name of the student, birthdate of the student, and be signed by the student.

Overnight Service
The cost is $75.00 per transcript payable by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

By fax (credit card only)
Fax the following to (806) 457-4225 :

  • A completed and signed FPC Transcript Request Form.
  • VISA, MasterCard, or Discover information (type of card, card number, and expiration date)

By mail
Send a completed and signed FPC Transcript Request Form to the following address:

E-Mail request

Send an e-mail request to admissions@fpctx.edu for requests for transcripts to be mailed to another college or university.  Please include Name, last four of your SSN, birthdate, and full mailing information for transfer school.

Viewing an unofficial transcript

To view and print your unofficial transcript please log on to your FPC Student Portal account.
