Frank Phillips College wishes to extend a special welcome to students from outside the United States.
Frank Phillips College is located in Borger, Texas, a small town of 13,750 in the center of the Texas Panhandle. The college is set on one of the highest points in Borger and affords a beautiful view of the city. Normally, the weather during the fall and spring is mild. In the winter months, temperatures often fall below freezing and snow is not uncommon.
Frank Phillips College, founded in 1948, is a comprehensive community college dedicated to providing quality educational programs to the residents of its service area. More than 35 programs are offered including courses leading to the following degrees:
